Welcome
Thank you for visiting Holistic Growth. By using this website or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If something here does not feel right to you, please contact us before you go ahead.
What we offer
Holistic Growth offers coaching and education, including a guided holistic wellness group (in person in Stratford and Perth County), individual sessions by Zoom, and a free 30-minute Meet & Greet call. You can read more on our Knowledge Base page.
Antonia Gattellaro and Kathleen Taylor-Nelson are the professional names we use for our work.
Not therapy, medical care or emergency help
We offer coaching and education. We do not provide therapy, medical care, or diagnosis, and our services are not a substitute for them. If you are living with a health condition, please keep working with your doctor or other health professional.
Urgent help: If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you are thinking about suicide or are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 (Canada’s Suicide Crisis Helpline), any time, day or night. Please do not use our booking form, email or chat helper to reach us in an emergency, because we may not see it right away.
No guarantees
People move through life changes in their own way and at their own pace. We do our best to support you, but we cannot promise any particular result. What you decide to do with what you learn is up to you.
Booking, fees and changes
- The Meet & Greet call is free, and there is no obligation to book anything else.
- Our pricing section explains our fees. The guided groups are free to attend, and the only cost is the group’s module companion guide. Fees for one-on-one sessions are talked through with you at your free Meet & Greet. Prices are in Canadian dollars and before any applicable taxes. We will tell you the price before you agree to anything, and you will not be charged without your agreement.
- If our calendars are full, you can join the waitlist or choose the next available time. Groups are limited to 8 people, with a waitlist for anyone beyond that.
- If you need to change or cancel a booking, please use the link in your confirmation email, or contact us as early as you can.
- Please be kind and respectful on calls and in groups. We may end a session if someone is being unsafe or abusive.
Returns and replacements
Printed books
- Damaged or misprinted copy: contact us within 14 days and include a photo so we can replace it. A refund cannot be provided without a photo.
- Wrong item: contact us within 14 days. We will replace it with the correct item.
- Change of mind: return an unopened copy within 14 days. You pay return shipping. We refund the purchase price minus payment fees.
Digital books
- A digital download cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your file, contact us and we will fix it.
Using our content
The words, images, logo and materials on this site, including our program materials, belong to Holistic Growth and are protected by copyright. Awareness-in-Motion™ (AIM) and AIM Pathway™ are names we use in our work. Please do not use them without our written permission. You are welcome to read them and share a link to our pages. Please do not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.
When our books and other materials are available to buy, any extra terms for those purchases will be shown at checkout.

The articles and information on our site are for general learning. They are not personal advice. We do our best to keep them accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise they are complete.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites and tools, such as Cal.com, Zoom and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do. Please read their policies too.
Limit of our responsibility
We do our best to keep this site and our services running well, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Holistic Growth is not responsible for losses that come from using this website or from relying on its content. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.

These terms follow the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
