Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to book your call, answer your questions, and (if you ask us to) send you updates. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask to see it, fix it, or delete it at any time.

Holistic Growth is based in Stratford, Ontario. We follow Canada’s privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).

You choose how much to tell us. You never have to share more than you are comfortable with.

Other companies that help us run the site

We use trusted tools to run our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Cal.com handles our online booking and calendar.
• Zoom or Cal Video hosts our video calls.
• EmailOctopus sends our email updates to people who sign up.
• Noupe runs the chat helper on our site.
• Google provides our site fonts and the Stratford map. Google may receive your IP address when these load.
• Advantage Hosting stores our website. Like most web hosts, it keeps standard server logs.

Some of these companies store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country may be accessible under that country’s laws.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it if you ask us to, or if the law requires it.

Email updates

We send email updates only if you sign up or otherwise agree. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time at antonia@holisticgrowth.ca. We will act on your request promptly.

Keeping your information safe, and for how long

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as using secure (HTTPS) connections and password-protected accounts. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take care with what you share with us.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

What we keep private

We treat what you share with us as private. We share it only if you ask us to, if the law requires it, or if we believe someone is at serious risk of harm.

Who can use our services

Our services are for adults, age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has shared information with us, please tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top when we do.
